Superman Redesign (Cover Art Variant)

A recent project of mine: a complete redesign of Superman. A top-to-bottom, revaluation of the character, inspired by the vintage fashion of the late 30s, as well as artists such as J.C. Leyendecker and Max Fleisher.

Basically, what if Superman got the same design treatment as Batman or Wonder Woman, creating a distinctive aesthetic for him to inhabit. WW has Graeco-Roman, Batman has Techno-Gothicism, so I gave Superman the Homemade-Vintage. Because if there’s any superhero who’s vintage, it’s Superman.
